Here is a short audio affirmation by Yogi Bhajan which I used to listen to quite often. Hearing it allowed me to to relax and not worry about things. Sometimes I get stressed out or feel overwhelmed and listening to it helps me relax and let go. So often we are in a hurry and want things to happen right away. Anyways… I was listening to it tonight on my computer and the winamp visualizations were going on so I decided to record it with some "visuals" just for fun. They might be more of a distraction…when you should probably be paying attention to the words, but anways… it was fun for me.
